1. Standard Check-in time is 2:00pm and check out-time is no later than 12pm. Late check-out shall be subject to aditional charges and room availability.

2. Payment for the room accomodation and charges shall be setled in cash or through major credit card UPON CHECK-IN. For guest who wish to settle the room charges in advance, payments can be deposited to the following account at any Banco de Oro branch:

A Copy of the validated deposit slip shal be emailed at reservation@bagasbaslighthouse.com.

3. Cancellations of bookings must be made withind two (2) working days prior to the arrival date, otherwise, a fee equivalent to 25% of the total room charges for the wole duration of the reservation shall be charged. No shows shall be charged the full amount of the first night.

4. Pets are not allowed inside the room.

5. Deluxe Roms can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and the Trailer Roms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.

6. Children below 4ft tall are considered child and free of charge (No Breakfast).

7. Only proper swimwear is allowed in the pool.

8. Extension of the number of days beyond that originally stated in the guest in his/her registration shall be at the sole discretion of the manager. Henceforth upon the arrival of the expiry date of the stay in t my absence, I hereby authorize the manager or his representative to enter my room and remove my luggages and personal things for safe keping with the Hotel’s front desk. The hotel will not assume liability for any cash, valuables or important documents lost in the hotel’s vicinity.
